We've been doing this since 2007.

Touchpoints was founded in 2007 by consultants with a combined 60+ years of experience in HR, employee benefits communication, organizational development, and change management.

We help clients take complex ideas, messages, and programs and make them simple and easy to understand — delivering year-round, sustainable, targeted, results-oriented communication. We minimize the noise, cut through the clutter, and get people's attention. We know what works — and what doesn't.
